The Google tag is not loaded before consent. You can reject optional cookies or withdraw consent at any time using “Cookie settings”. On withdrawal, the site stops Analytics collection and attempts to remove its first-party cookies from this domain. Google controls information already received under its own policies and the Analytics property's retention settings.
Pinterest advertising and measurement
With your explicit consent, The Serger Edge loads the Pinterest tag using Tag ID 2613136047369. Pinterest may then receive the page URL, referring page, browser and device information, screen dimensions, timestamps and events describing visits to important content or clicks on the disclosed Love Your Serger affiliate link. This information is used to measure Pinterest advertising, understand campaign performance and create or refine advertising audiences.
The tag is blocked unless you select “Accept optional cookies”. Rejecting optional cookies is presented alongside acceptance. You may change your decision at any time using the “Cookie settings” button. If you withdraw consent, the site instructs the Pinterest tag to stop sending events and delete its first-party context cookies.
Automatic enhanced match is not enabled. The Serger Edge does not intentionally send email addresses, telephone numbers, names or guide-form fields to Pinterest through this tag.
Pinterest cookies and duration
Depending on your browser, region and Pinterest activity, the tag may create or read identifiers including _epik, _pin_unauth, _pinterest_ct, _pinterest_ct_rt and _pinterest_ct_ua. Pinterest states that tag cookies can persist for up to one year, although you can delete them sooner through your browser or withdraw consent through this site's cookie settings.
Conversion events
- Page and PageVisit: sent after consent when a visitor views the site, with PageVisit limited to guides, the machine-review hub and the course assessment.
- Lead: sent after consent when a visitor follows the disclosed Love Your Serger affiliate link. It records commercial interest, not a sale.
- Signup: reserved for a confirmed tension-guide form submission. It will not be activated until the form and its own consent-aware tracking are live.
- Checkout: not used because purchases occur on a third-party service and The Serger Edge cannot independently verify a completed transaction on this website.
Retention
The consent choice held in your browser expires after six months, at which point the site asks again. Visitors with a choice recorded before Google Analytics was added are also asked again. The Serger Edge does not maintain its own event-level copy of Pinterest tag data. Embedded guides and forms
The tension guide is displayed using an embedded Heyzine viewer. Heyzine may receive technical information and use cookies or similar technology when the viewer loads. You can use the direct guide link if you prefer to open it separately.
The newsletter form submits the details you enter and your affirmative consent to The Serger Edge's email workflow. Systeme.io processes subscribed contacts and delivers emails. Necessary security and request information may be processed to protect the form, but submitting the form does not grant Pinterest permission to receive the email address, name, preference or form contents.
Affiliate and external sites
When an affiliate link becomes active, following it may allow the destination seller or affiliate network to set its own cookies or similar identifiers. Those technologies are controlled by the third party, not The Serger Edge. Review the third party's privacy and cookie information before continuing.
Your choices and browser controls
You can accept or reject optional Google Analytics and Pinterest cookies together through the banner and revisit that choice through the “Cookie settings” button. You can also remove or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking technology that is strictly necessary may affect site availability or security.
